Demetria Devonne "Demi" Lovato was born on the 20th of August 1993 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Dianna De La Garza, who was a Former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader, and Patrick Martin Lovato, an engineer and musician, and raised in Dallas, Texas. Demi began her career as a kid actor on the show 'Barney & Friends'. They were cast as the star of the movie Camp Rock in 2007. They also had a tiny part in the series "As the Bell Rings". Demi Lovato composed three tracks in the Camp Rock soundtrack as they were filming the movie. She's released numerous singles since.
